AUNT BETTY官网已经关闭电话，ONLINE CHAT，EMAIL等联系方式，只有他们网站的短消息发送。

不要通过中介网站订票，一旦取消航班，机票钱退不回来。只有通过航空公司官网订票，才能退款

I bought a return ticket to/from Shanghai of Qantas airline via Aunty Betty. The flight was in March and I cancelled the ticket in January. Aunt Betty did the refund in end May. And the communication with Aunty Betty is horrible as they did not respond my emails at all. Every time I sent them a email, I received an automatic reply stating they would reply within three business days but the fact was they never provide any feedback. Their customer care is hopeless. I even had the feeling of they would not refund the fee, but all in all after four months' waiting, they did the refund.
