Just been informed PM is resigning and moving on to bigger and better.

considering selling off the remaining IP in Perth - northern corridor
( tenancy expire in a few weeks ) prop would make an ideal FTB @ 250K.

Which EA's in the Northern Perth area would you use to sell ?

Whats the current weekly rent, Age, suburb, Bedrooms & features? What its unique selling feature?

Maybe you could private sale it here and have WIN/WIN for both you & the purchaser?

How are properties sold privately in Oz ?
I'm overseas and familiar with private selling in UK, have no idea how it works in Oz.

BTW - the prop is 3 x 1 , 40 yr brick and tile greentitle on 800m corner block.

Kingsley suburb tenanted @ $195 pw

Ideal family home, close to schools, transport (trains + freeways) beaches and shops.

will accept 250K for a quick sale.

Hi Odaat,

Purchaser makes an offer using a basic REIWA A4 double sided contract (available from most major Newsagents for a couple dollars) & signs it. The vendor then signs if they accept the offer. The Purchaser gives a copy to his conveyancer or settlement agent & the Vendor does the same.

Thats pretty well it as the rest of the work is carried out via each parties settlement agent once all the conditions have been met and the contract goes unconditional.
