just a quick question. In Brissie, when you have to pay the infrastrucutre charges, exactly when does this happen?
ie. if a site is advertised with DA approval, have the IC been paid?
If advertised with BA as well, have they been paid then?
Is it once construction starts?
Some sites look like they've priced it in (or they haven't and the site is overvalued), but i'm not sure which.
And are the ICs the same as "headworks"
A couple of novice question I know, but they do it a bit differently in SA where I'm currently based and I can't find it on BCC's or Logan's website.
