Hello, I'm wondering if anyone here has access to past sales data. I'm looking for the sales price of a property. Not because I want to buy it but because I have broken up with an ex and she is trying to screw me - she even has gone to the trouble of getting a sworn valuation which has many errors in it, I'm now about to do the same, but more information would help a lot.

Make sure you get your valuation from a licenced valuer and let him/her know that your looking forward a current market price and have no rush to sell.

The valuer will use a property data service, such as RP Data during her/his research. When your ordering your valuation, just ask them if they could include a "one kilometer RP Data CMA report". They'll know what you're talking about.
