Property - semi-detached house Bedrooms - 2 Condition - average needs internal reno to modernise Street - one of the best in suburb Location - excellent Close to schools - yes Transport - 50m The pool at of an IP needs to be resurfaced (or so the pool doctor says), the cost was estimated to be $10K ($10,000), after recoverying from my impresssion of a cat coughing up a fur ball, it just seems far too much. I am currently in Abu Dhabi and thinking about redeveloping my IP house in Brisbane into a 6 pack (hopefully). I am however finding it very difficult to find a construction company in town who can give me any indication on costs etc.

It is zoned LMR (old RB4 block) and is 678 SQM in Windsor. I know we can get relaxation to remove the house under the clauses discussed with council, I just need some company who does this sort of development to let me know what's the damage and if it's worth going ahead at this time in the market??

Any and all feedback gratefully received!!

This Qld Based Company may be able to help,i have used them several times over the past 25 years,they are upfront and you will pay but they are problem solver,and have a system called Risksmart in place i'm told you can get DA approval within 1-2 weeks depending on the site location
