We are looking at taking the plunge and demolishing and sub dividing a block south of Adelaide (Marion council)
Just looking to see if anyone has had any good or bad experiences with any particular builders who specialise in "1 down 2 up" projects.
At the moment we are leaning towards Weeks and Maklin , but would appreciate any opinions

oops , just found a thread started last year by vincenzo - maybe weeks and macklin isnt such a good idea.
ive heard some pretty ordinary stories on fairmont also , pity , their houses look pretty good value
Did a duplex with Weeks started two years ago and took 18 months! to complete. As we do lots of divisions we did that ourselves and much cheaper. Adelaide designer homes are good. Dado I have heard a good and do fixed term contracts.
