澳洲Australia property where do I get Brisbane Median House pric
在澳大利亚 I need some advice regarding a property purchase. Property - semi-detached house Bedrooms - 2 Condition - average needs internal reno to modernise Street - one of the best in suburb Location - excellent Close to schools - yes Transport - 50m The pool at of an IP needs to be resurfaced (or so the pool doctor says), the cost was estimated to be $10K ($10,000), after recoverying from my impresssion of a cat coughing up a fur ball, it just seems far too much. Its just a standard poo
anyone know where I can get Brisbane Median House prices per month for last 3 years? (I've been googling and haven't found so far)
I hope you mean Brisbane postcode 4000 and NOT Brisbane from Ipswich to Manly and Cleveland to Mango Hill.. That would be a totally meaningless figure.
You can get 10 yrs GC & medians free at: http://www.myrp.com.au/showProductDetail.do?reportTypeId=1&propertyId=
(this is powered by RP Data)
You could get 36 months worth (again free) at: http://www.investsmart.com.au/property/search.asp
(this is powered by APM)
thanks - actually specifically I was interested in what sort of average growth there would have been in the Western Suburbs area between April 2008 and now (so that's 2 1/4 years) - to get a feel for equity - that was why I was mentioning per month figures - wondering if it might have gone up say 8% in this time?
If you want freebie stuff it is more work and you'll have to choose a suburb at a time.
Month to month moving medians mean very little in the property market - that is more akin to day trading the share market.
You will see what I mean by that if you run one of those Myrp reports, which do have month by month medians for the last 12 months. All over the place on a month to month basis but zoom out for the long term trend.
