Quoting $650-$700K - sold for $800K!
Quoting $690-$750K - passed in and sold later $785!
How about this one - advertised for $650- $700 but sold for $640 at auction.

Drewy under quoting is an industry tactic to drum up interest. Get more people to the auction get some heated bidding etc

Really strange ...................... although the southey one is in a better location (not opp primary school and no bus route infront of door)
