I am needing to buy somewhere to live and am confused about all the jargon out there. I am hoping someone can help. We live in Pittwater Sydney and am looking at a place in Newport. This is the information that I would like clarifying for one property:
Zoning/Constraints: Dwellings and ancillary development, Seniors Housing (SEPP (Seniors Living) 2004), Subdivision, SEPP(E&C) Commercial & Industrial Code - IN, SEPP(E&C) Housing Internal Alterations Code - IN, DCP 22 - Exempt & Complying Region 1a, 2(a) RESIDENTIAL A, Dual Occupancy - Area 1 (Prohibited), Secondary Dwellings, Land affected by Geotechnical Hazard H1 or H2.
Any help with all this stuff is greatly appreciated!
