I had a bit of a chuckle the other day when I accidentally shot off the following sms to the wrong friend! It was meant to go to a pal of mine who's doing a small dvpt and was enquiring on details of a particular property (deceased estate going to auction) here in NSW:

Hiya **** St will pre- sell. Need 66w & b-p asap. No probate. Norm s'm. 2a2 zone. 5% and access ok.

My other girlfriend rang me back to basically say What the?!! She told me I was suffering from property abbreviations so badly she couldn't understand a word of the sms anyway.... note she's only ever lived in two PPOR's and bought one IP about 15 yrs ago so I suppose is a bit out of touch :D

Goes to show you how much we end up abbreviating on sms. I must admit at times I can't decipher my own kids messages LOL!
