Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with these organisations. As part of my research into getting started in property investing I attended this forum. They follow up with a financial advisor providing you a strategy based on your circumstances. They then pass you on to WIPA who are a wholesale investment mob, who match your strategy to available properties. They try and find a blend of capital growth and return.
The process was fairly smooth and didn't cost anything. Obviously they want some people to sign up so they get a return on sending all their advisors out for free. But it was a good exercise and I know more than when I started.
I've posted some of the options over in the "where to buy" part of the forum and looking for some feedback.
They also delve a lot into SMSF and its benefits.
Interested in peoples thoughts about these types of things and peoples experience with these people in particular. Would also love some feedback on the options they've provided me that I posted in "where to buy" - Buderim and Mango Hill.
