I have a friend who lives in Melbourne, is looking at purchasing her first investment property. Her husband's work colleague recommended Smart Dimensions Pty Ltd who are in Melbourne. I have never heard of them. Has anyone heard of them or used them?

I did a search on ASIC's website and found the same company name twice. One company was registered on 20/6/07 and deregistered on 8/11/09 and then the new company with same name registered on 1/2/2010. His Linked In page says he has been going since Jan 2007.
Something doesn't sound right to me.
