Its just a standard poo I need some advice regarding a property purchase. Property - semi-detached house Bedrooms - 2 Condition - average needs internal reno to modernise Street - one of the best in suburb Location - excellent Close to schools - yes Transport - 50m

Don't much like the way you are headed though. Those big industrial complexes look awful and probably smell alot. I'd steer well clear of them. Can't be any money in those surely ??

Dazz, I know what you mean about those awful industrial places - whoever you are. :p Been driving around checking them out the last few weekends, find some really nice places, but for the moment I'll have to bide my time.
