Property - semi-detached house Bedrooms - 2 Condition - average needs internal reno to modernise Street - one of the best in suburb Location - excellent Close to schools - yes Transport - 50m The pool at of an IP needs to be resurfaced (or so the pool doctor says), the cost was estimated to be $10K ($10,000), after recoverying from my impresssion of a cat coughing up a fur ball, it just seems far too much. Over the years of your investing have you B&H IPs or traded IPs or both?

From your experience and life changes over the years what did you find was the most effective to create wealth, the life you wanted and allowed you to purchase your dream home?

B&H IPs with a few renos thrown in used to work for me but I am now leaning towards a bit of B&H for wealth and trading properties for cash. I actually wanted 24 IPs at one stage :eek: not anymore after the repairs and insurance claims last year!

What do you think has or will work for you?
