I belong to a body corporate that consists of 22 units. One side of the complex needs draining. The body corporate committee have asked a landscaper to rectify this. At quite some expense.(The committee perhaps know nothing). Part of the proposed work is grading an open drain; also to construct a spoon drain filled with scoria. This seems daft to me - having looked at specifications of agi-drains that specifically guard against blockage by a geocloth covering. Dear contributors does this seem daft to you also?
