澳洲Australia property About to sign building contract. Any tips

I'm at the stage now where construction can start with my little development.
The builder is drawing up the contracts.
Price should not change from my indicative quote( I will ***** if it does)
Any tips people want to share ?
It is a project builder and I have built with another project company before.
I know the usual quality and inclusion problems.
I also know that footing may vary the cost as they don't know what lies beneath. They have an allowance for this but could go either way.
Just want to know any other tips I should look into before signing.
Any help would be appreciated.
