澳洲Australia property Attempting to develop block, how to go ab
在澳大利亚 The pool at of an IP needs to be resurfaced (or so the pool doctor says), the cost was estimated to be $10K ($10,000), after recoverying from my impresssion of a cat coughing up a fur ball, it just seems far too much. Its just a standard poo I need some advice regarding a property purchase. Property - semi-detached house Bedrooms - 2 Condition - average needs internal reno to modernise Street - one of the best in suburb Location - excellent Close to schools - yes Transport - 50m
I have a 1 acre block in Sydney (unemcumbered). Would like to develop it as it currently has only one old house on it. A neighbour has developed part (half) of his and got 6 two level town houses on it, with a large part of the block still to go.
I have no experience in building though. I would like to go into a joint development in a situation where, the builder and I split the biuldings up . I will keep mine as renters.
Anyone heard of going about a development in this manner?
