I am interested in buying some amazing land about 10mins west of Lennox Heads on the NSW coast. Currently, there are no building entitlements but I am hoping this will one day change. At the moment, we can build a shed for a small living quarters because we intend to put some horses on there.
Does anyone know what exactly you can put in that shed and restrictions on size etc?
Also - once the shed is built - can I negative gear the property? I will probably let it out to some people to run horses.
