Just another way of saying a group of like minded people get together and buy a property, split the costs to renovate & then split the profits once sold.
Something i would really like to do not to far down the track, but i dont really have anyone i know who is interested in property/investing, hence the gathering of like minded people
Yes they're called Joint Ventures. But it's not easy to do because of the legal issues involved.
