Property - semi-detached house Bedrooms - 2 Condition - average needs internal reno to modernise Street - one of the best in suburb Location - excellent Close to schools - yes Transport - 50m The pool at of an IP needs to be resurfaced (or so the pool doctor says), the cost was estimated to be $10K ($10,000), after recoverying from my impresssion of a cat coughing up a fur ball, it just seems far too much. It will require around $25,000 renovation and I will make sure it is done for less than this.

I always get asked on how I do this and how the reno is organised and what to look out for etc etc..

I am holding the first renovation workshop ONSITE at FIRE DAMAGED HOUSE!

I will be walking through a group of 20 investors to show how I completely transform a house within 3 weeks from burnt out ruins ready to be knocked down to being a modern and aesthetically pleasing house where I will double the value for simply signing some paper, making a few phone calls and signing a few cheques.
