澳洲Australia property Natural Light? | Sydney
在澳大利亚 I need some advice regarding a property purchase. Property - semi-detached house Bedrooms - 2 Condition - average needs internal reno to modernise Street - one of the best in suburb Location - excellent Close to schools - yes Transport - 50m The pool at of an IP needs to be resurfaced (or so the pool doctor says), the cost was estimated to be $10K ($10,000), after recoverying from my impresssion of a cat coughing up a fur ball, it just seems far too much. Its just a standard poo
When looking at a property in terms of natural light, what areas of the house/apartment are the most important?(in your opinion)?
Kitchen, Living Room, Bedroom(main/guest), Studies
I'm looking at a property at the moment, the only thing that puts me off is the bedrooms are all south/west.(good I guess for those who like a sleep in?)
Kitchen and Living for North light. Eastern light for bedrooms.
I'd rather have natural light in the living room because that's where I spend more time, then the kitchen. It's nice to wake up with the sun, but if I had to choose, I'd rather wake up in a dark room and have my living space full of light than spend my day in a dark room.
My personal preference is to have a South facing front and a North facing rear yard. That way the bedrooms are cooler and darker - for sleeping. The living areas are more light filled on the Northern side.
