在澳大利亚 I have been looking at units in Sydneys upper North Shore. Only in Ku-Ring-gai so up to Wahroonga. The area seems to offer good fundamentals, is very popular and in general seems to be a lovely place. I'm considering changing my PAYG tax considerably for this quarter which is due in a few days. The reason is my income has dropped a fair bit lately although it might pick up again and I hope it will. So if I send the PAYG slip off in the mail with the changes then will the bank see this as I have been approved for a loan but have yet to find the house and process the finance?

With our pre-approvals. When we purchased a property THEN they asked for current payslips, credit card statements etc.
