在澳大利亚 Appologies for all the threads, I dont have much time to get organised before the auction on Saturday. I had a question about the solicitor/conveyancing fees. I remember last time I had this done it cost over $1000. But that was soliciting t I have been looking at units in Sydneys upper North Shore. Only in Ku-Ring-gai so up to Wahroonga. The area seems to offer good fundamentals, is very popular and in general seems to be a lovely place. My favoured location to buy I think is G


there are 2 companies A & B

Co.A holds the property and company Co.B sales the property for Co.A on commission basis.

What will be the journal entry for this transaction in the books of Co.B

Co.B makes sales and transfers the clients money to Co.A and receives commission for the sales. When transfering the money to Co.A it either sends the money as per each clients deposit or a lum sum amount.

Co.B also has its own projects so this company maintains its own books.

And i need to keep MIS of each client in the books
