澳洲Australia property Bundamba, Booval, Murgon | Sydney
This one comes with a tenant who pays $200pw rent on time every time and is on a periodic lease. The house is in a unit designated street so perhaps developers may be interested in a small development.
Purchase price is $239k but just hasn't been adjusted yet on the website.
This has got to be one of the cheapest houses in Ipswich and there is little maintainance to be done.
This is the house Les and I have been renovating for 6 weeks. Rather than put another tenant in we thought we might sell this one too and put the money into another investment. Purchase price is $285k.
This one is being left vacant in preparation for sale. Rent was $155pw and asking price $139k.
Well for those who wanted a nice cheap rental investment, you have dipped out on the Murgon house for sale. It sold for $125,000.
The Ipswich houses have had their prices reduced and when you compare them (20mins drive into Brisbane) with Brisbane prices its pretty good. Both houses are walk to train station. I know this cause the neighbour walks to the train to go to work every weekday morning.
PS: Neither have mine shafts running under them.
okay so the one in Bundamba - ipswich council says it's division 4 and zoned "character mixed density" - does that mean it can support 4 units?
or does this basically leave it up to council discretion as to whether i can develop the site or not to a max of 4 units?
can someone help me out with the terminology please? i am a WA-ite.
Best idea would be to ring Ipswich council on 07 3810 6625 and speak with the town planner.
They are very pro development and will help you as much as possible. Both houses are ex housing commission, so no heritage listings.
Both streets already contain units, so there is a precedent for developing.
Lindsay Street block is reasonably level, and the Stafford Street one slopes to the road for good drainage.
Sorry, I am not a developer, nor do I know much about it.
I am merely selling, to diversify some of my housing investments into share investments.
