Hi Guys, my first post on this great forum - Does anynone know where you can find specific council requirements (on the internet) for subdivision of an existing block for building a townhouse?
I currently own a home in Manningham Shire on 700sqm.
I have 250sqm of land available at rear of house where I wish to build townhouse.
Is it possible?

However like all government service, making head-or-tails of the infomation is near impossible. Basically like all such government services the service will probably be "No I dont think so...go away I am late for my customer service training". I asked a similar question on this forum a while ago and got the answer that a phone call to a town-planner active in the area with a track record of success in regard to planning applications would be clearly a good place to start for professional advise.
