Im looking at a financial statement (basically a balance sheet) for the strata and its all a bit Hi all, I currently have a PPOR and 10K cash in the bank which I plan to use as a deposit for a IP early next year. Is it possible for me to place this into my PPOR loan and then redraw the 10K when Im ready for the IP and then claim the int
My parents have a 7 acre property in the hills of Perth (Gidgegannup) which is zoned rural-residential. They want to sub-divide the land. The property is just outside but adjoining the Townsite boundary & is like an island seperate from surrounding properties by three roads. Has anyone been in a similar situation and successfully subdivided? If so, any advice or info would be great. Also, we have been to see a local planner/surveyor (Statewest Surveys) and they told us it wouldn't happen and basically to forget it. Needless to say, I would like to know of any good town planners/surveyors in the Midland area.
ps I know that we have to get the land re-zoned first.
