We currently own a property that has been rezoned triplex. It is currently positive cash flow. At what point would we consider to deveop this? Could anyone share their experiences with this. I have looked at costs and vacancy factors etc.

my starting point for any investment changes is always a cost benefit analysis taking into account opportunity costs
you can do a simple one with a sheet of papar divided into halves, one cost one benefits, brainstorm away ... then place a value on each of these items
