Generally speaking, any component fitted to a vehicle before delivery as a new vehicle is covered by the same warranty period as the car.
There are rare exceptions to this, or where a contract specifically states a component covered by a different warranty that is executed during the point of sale.
Dealers will try to refer to separate slips of paper (from ARB, wheel suppliers, accessories like alarms, spoilers, ming-type stuff) that are provided with the owner's manual after sale that specify different warranty periods, however these documents did not form part of the sale contract and are irrelevant.
