工作内容：
· 1. 与现有客户进行良好深层沟通，为他们提供一切相关服务并满足他们的需求
· 2. 作为公司与客户间沟通的重要桥梁，确保公司一直为客户提供其所需服务并持续挖掘客户的潜在需求
· 3. 与关键客户保持长期合作关系
· 4. 帮助客户解决问题并反映，改善服务质量
· 5. 帮助公司其他部门（顾问，市场，管理层等）制定更好的客户服务方案并进行服务培训管理
我们需要：
· 1. 对新西兰以及澳洲的留学市场有深层的了解并且具备强大的留学相关知识储备
· 2. 已经在教育服务业担任小组组长或者管理者超过五年以上
· 3. 能够熟练掌握运用办公室软件和设备
· 4. 具有很好的中英文沟通以及写作能力
· 5. 持有新西兰合法工作签证

Customer Service Manager
Position Purpose:
The position of Customer Service Manager is responsible for taking ownership of a portfolio of clients and becoming the critical link between Longrun International and the Customer. You will become one of the key relationship holders with your customer, meet with them regularly, identify opportunities to add value to a customer’s business and to improve existing services.
The outcome of this role will be to maintain a high level of customer loyalty and satisfaction with the end result being a profitable long-term relationship.
Relationship Management
1. Working closely with existing customers to determine their present and future support needs and proposing suitable services and upgrades in order to maintain and grow revenue for the organization.
2. Acting as the main interface between the client and the organization to ensure an optimal level of service is provided at all times and continually seeking the opportunity to participate in customers’ strategic business planning processes.
3. Building long-term relationships with key clients.
4. Addresses customer concerns and complaints. Build relationships with key employees among customers.
5. Create plans to address customers’ business needs.
6. Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products.
7. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales consultants, marketing assistant, senior management) to address customers’ needs.
What you need:
· Deep understanding and strong knowledge background regarding NZ and AU existing education market
· Been working with education-related businesses or institutions as Team Leader or Service Manager over 5 years.
· Able to handle Microsoft
· Strong communication skills both oral and written
· Hold valid NZ visa which allows working full time
