MicroAnalytix, a privately owned company has a long outstanding reputation for excellence in product and service within the laboratory and process markets in Australia & New Zealand specializing in the supply of a comprehensive range of high-quality consumables and equipment. Our company-owned premises in East Tamaki Auckland, has a big warehouse and an office with a small sales team.
Currently, we are looking for a full-time person for 5 days a week 9am -5pm, on a fixed term contract, who can fit into our small team, must be flexible, motivated, organized, and self-driven with general business knowledge or experience. You will need to have good verbal and written English skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and have some accountancy knowledge if possible.
Duties include but not limited to
Website Management and Administration:
- Using e-commerce and CMS system to manage and keep the websites up to date with any customer and sales requirements.
- Monitor websites usage and performance, create content and database backups and troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise
Designing brochures, flyers, and promotions:
- Design banners, images, promotions to display on the website (using various software like Photoshop etc.,)
- Run email campaigns periodically for the registered website users.
- Design various soft copy of the catalogs based on product category and/or target customers.
Assisting our Sales team when required
- Sales data analysis and report monthly or as required
- Sales data or contacts data update in the CRM for mail shots as and when the need be
- Provide data support with third-party platforms

Skill and experience:
- Familiar with e-commerce and CMS framework, nopCommerce and WordPress system in particular
- Experience in website design, build and maintenance skills and tools such as HTML, CSS, JQuery, JavaScript, and Photoshop;
- Knowledge of database maintenance skills such as SQL and Excel(intermediate level)
- Understanding of Google SEO products
Reporting to the General Manager this role is looking for a team player who is positive, conscientious, self-initiated, with "can-do and will do" attitude.
