岗位介绍

岗位的主要职责是协助公司处理一系列账务和数据工作，包括每天的银行对账，供应商账单核对，应收/应付账款管理，会计信息系统的数据检查，并协助进行外汇管理，税务，资产管理及数据分析报告等工作。
具体的工作内容
- 每日银行对账
- 每日财务系统（AIS）数据检查
- 核对供应商发票，账单与后台系统的数据
- 审核并在财务系统记录收到的账单
- 公司信用卡对账
- 协助进行外汇管理
- 协助维护固定/无形资产登记和折旧
- 协助进行GST，PAYE申报
- 协助起草财务流程图
- 协助月末/年末报告及分析
- 协助内部/外部沟通及文件管理
岗位要求
- 新西兰当地的会计学位，如果还具备澳大利亚和中国会计/税务的知识优先考虑
- 熟练使用Xero软件和MS Excel
- 认真细心，注意细节
- 较强的学习能力和高效时间管理能力
- 良好的中英文口头和书面沟通能力

Accountant/Bookkeeper
About the role
To support the company’s fast growing, we are looking for an accountant,who is eager to learn and join our dynamic team.
You’llbe reporting to the accountant and responsible for a variety of accounting and dataanalysis tasks such as bank reconciliation, Bills matching, AR/AP management,Accounting Information System Maintaining, FX Management and
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Daily bank reconciliations.
- Daily AIS data checking.
- Reviewing suppliers’ invoices
- Matching suppliers’ statementswith Middle-office data.
- Reviewing and loading billsreceived.
- Company Credit Cardreconciliation.
- Assisting FX management.
- Maintenanceof the Fixed/Intangible Assets registration and depreciation
- AssistingGST Return and PAYE
- Supportcash flow management and financial analysis
- Assistingin drafting flow chat of accounting process
- Assisting with month end/year endreports.
- Collecting mails and assisting ininternal/external communication
- Documents and files maintenance
Skills and experience
- Accounting Degree in NZ is necessary, and knowledge of AU and China accounting/taxation is preferred.
- Must be detail-oriented and have strongcarefulness
- Willingness to learn
- Highly skilled in Xero software andMS Excel
- Excellent oral and writtencommunication skill in both English and Chinese.
