KeyResponsibilities:
SalesSupport
· Assists in processes such as the preparation of quotations, receipt oforder, order entry, shipment and delivery order, and resolution of returnrequests and quality issues
· Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests toensure excellent customer service and customer experience
· Maintains accurate records of all pricing, transactions,deliveries, and other sales activity reports
· Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and businessethics
· Ensures that these policies and rules are communicated andimplemented within the team or among follow interns
· Aids in developing marketing strategies in maximizing salesrevenue and reducing sales expense
AdminSupport
· Providegeneral support to visitors
· Provideinformation by answering questions and requests
· Generatereports
· Handlemultiple projects
· Prepareand monitor invoices
· Ensureoperation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements;calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating newequipment and techniques
· Carryout administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanningetc.
· Coordinate office procedures
· Reply toemail, telephone or face to face enquiries
· Developand update administrative systems to make them more efficient
· Resolveadministrative problems
