新西兰本地建筑公司，经营稳定，主要承包商业民用住宅项目，土地分割和建筑管理，现诚聘工程造价人员。
(1) 工作内容：
To accurately measure and take off quantities for all projects. Price and generate variation orders.
根据施工图预、结算及工料分析。根据现场设计变更及时调整预算。
Prepare and issue purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers.
Evaluate tenders from contractors and subcontractors, and, where appropriate, negotiate with contractors and subcontractors.
Coordinate the delivery of all materials
负责处理订货订料单，为项目管理和其他委派的任务提供专业方面的支持；在工程投标阶段，及时、准确做出评估，提供报价依据
Track and manage all costs specific to the construction projects.
Control all stages of projects within the predetermined budget and expenditure.
Supply all relevant financial information to Director/General Manager for review at the specified intervals set.
编制各类土建工程项目招标清单、预结算以及相关数据的指标分析；建立单位工程预结算，协助公司管理层进行成本核算。
Ensure all business processes, policies and instructions are strictly adhered to.
Perform other appropriate activities and duties as assigned.

Quantity surveying experience within construction companies.
申请人有项目造价管理经历
Good with numbers, and ability to accurately forecast costs
能够进行成本预算与核算
Multi-tasking, self-motivated, energetic team players.
具有较好的商务沟通能力及管理能力,责任心强
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Software.
熟练使用Microsoft办公软件
Good spoken and written English.
英语沟通良好
Valid driver license.
有效驾照
