We are looking for a passionate Social Media Coordinator to join our team in Auckland. In this position, you will be responsible for providing a real New Zealand shopping experience to our customers from China through the WeChat app.
We have a full-time role available. The ideal candidate for this role will have good attention to detail, communication and customer service skills.
The successful applicant will:
- be responsible for proactive communication with our customers in China, assessing our customers’ needs and providing assistance and information on our products and services;
- post creative contents in Mandarin on social media platforms to engage with customers in China;
- have exceptional attention to detail as this position requires packing products to post to our customers overseas;
- have the ability to work flexible hours. Our contact centre will be open 7 days a week from 12pm to 8:30pm, (including the weekend)
- have work experience as a retail sales associate or similar role. Previous experience in live streaming will be advantageous;
- be fluent in Mandarin as you will be working with customers from China.
