Residential Sales Representatives and Customer Care

We are currently looking for a full time Residential Sales Representatives and Customer Care in Auckland.

1. About the role
It is a Sales Representatives role, suitable for those who have some basic understanding of networking and are keen to serve customers and provide customer care to the team.
You will provide sales and customer care for customers in the Auckland. As part of the team, you assist customers and Account Managers to interact, so you must have the ability to communicate with non-technical personnel.
You will ensure the smooth record of the customer's Networking and Voice issue, and will be response to Faults and support department. (Training requested)

Job description:
•        Understand the company's overall operating model and the details of the company's products.
•        Familiar with the company's internal system software, including sales, accounting and provisioning. Actively cooperate with the work between different departments.
•        Understand the details of broadband, voice and mobile plan products.
•        Skilled in introducing the company's products to customers, and can provide the most suitable products according to customer needs.
•        Actively respond to customer calls, accurately inquire about customer's detailed information, correctly record customer feedback, and transfer it to technicians completely.
•        Cooperate with colleagues in marketing department to complete certain marketing promotion and telephone marketing.

2.  About you：
Qualification
•        Diploma or higher education (Not limited to IT)
Experience
•        1-year sales or 1-year Sales Representatives or Customer Care (Experience Preferred, But Not Essential)
Skills and Key Accountability
•        Basic understanding NZ telecommunication environment
•        Knowledge of sales and marketing approaches
•        Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•        Respects and values the people at all levels, customers and other team members.
•        Excellent personal time management and organizational skills – able to priorities workload and work well under pressure
•         Knowledge of operating systems and proficient in operating Microsoft software.
•        Ability to recognize, analyze, and effectively solve problems in a timely and organized manner
•        Fast learner and always eager to expand your technical knowledge
•        Passionate about exceptional customer service
•        High standard of documentation skills
•        Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
•        Language: English and Chinese
•        Hold a New Zealand passport or Resident Visa
•        Hold a full New Zealand driver license
