Qualifications
• Qualifications commensurate with the vacancy
• 2 years plus, experience in the Residencial building industry within this roll
• We require a hard working/skilled team player, who can quickly learn the roll at hand, in order to relieve the directors work load, freeing him to grow the company.
• Relevant computer skills a must! You will be using, Dropbox, MS outlook, MS calendars, google earth, MS word, MS excel etc
• The desired person, will have a calm demeanor, and be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal
• A current and clean drivers license a must
Responsibilities and Duties
• Develop, improve and maintain job management system
• Develop and maintain a platform from which Contractors can easily access required build documentation
• Develop and maintain an agreed and comprehensive pricing system with Contractors
• Be instrumental in sourcing new and improved contractors.
• Handle most if not all pricing outside the Multi-build software system
• Be instrumental in bringing the construction package, back in house
• Develop, implement and maintain ever evolving contracts with contractors and clients alike
• Assist in bringing larger repeat clients on board
• Attending to face to face pre-manufacture (handover) meetings with the Client and sales staff
• liaising with contractors, engineers, draft-persons, consultants and the client
• Amending each bill of materials and sending as orders to our national suppliers
• Ordering of miscellaneous materials as necessary
• liaising with director, other staff, council, suppliers and freighters
• Site visits including problem solving, dropping off and retrieving materials
• Assisting in sales as required
• Answering Council RFI’s as required
