• THIS OPPORTUNITY:


We are seeking staff with NZ share broking operational experience to join us at Tiger Brokers.

If you have worked in back office roles as Administration Assistant, this is a great opportunity to make a difference in a newly established area of our business.

Ideally you will have good knowledge of broking office operations from an admin and technical perspective.  Able to work well in a team environment or conversely can work independently with minimal supervision.

This role will keep you challenged and engaged and provide opportunity to learn from other areas of the business.


Your Key responsibilities will include:

  • Organising and facilitating meetings, preparing agendas/minutes, calendar management, drafting internal and external communications, proofreading, projected-based research and analysis etc.
  • Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems and data bases, preparing reports, setting up new files etc.
  • Provide general assistance to Company Secretary including business account set up, policy framework maintenance, due diligence etc.
  • Internal project coordination.
  • Other general administration.

Skills and experience Required:

  • Relevant tertiary degree in Finance or Business;
  • Proven experience providing efficient and effective administrative and secretarial support is an advantage however not essential;
  • Exceptional prioritisation, organisation and time management skills, with a strong keen eye for detail coupled with a high degree of accuracy;
  • Abilities to problem solve, multi-task, meet deadlines and work under pressures;
  • Knowledge with NZX, ASIC and FMA framework, as well as exposure to governance and Board processes would be highly advantageous, but not a must;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills with a friendly ‘can do’ attitude, and a strong desire to contribute positively to the team environment;
  • Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English is a must, with strong English reading abilities;
  • Must be Eligible to work in New Zealand with a valid working Visa.
