We teamed up with technical specialists in various new divisions of repairs in Mobile Phones, and Tablets & Computers. Now, we are recruiting ICT Support Technician to join our team.
You are required to do:
Communicate with our supplier in China.
Driven to help others, be adaptable, and motivated to produce a high level of customer service.
Excellent communication skills and effective listening skills
Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
Able to work as a part of a remote team, work autonomously and use initiative.
Build effective working relationships with staff.
Have personal integrity, sound judgment, and an honest and ethical approach.
Ability to time manage and meet deadlines, sometimes under pressure and with conflicting deadlines.
Providing technical information, advice, support, and communications with customers
Adaptable to change and able to multi-task
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
Backup and maintaining Mobile and PC data.
Update job details ensuring the accuracy of data captured.
Provide daily report

At least one year experience in phone shop or computer shop
Good understanding of hardware installation and maintenance
Technical understanding of IT System
Good communication skills
Reliable with a good work ethic
Experience with Xero
NZ Full driver's license needed.
