Healthy and Fresh Ltd is seeking a Procurement Support, an Operation Support and a Sales Rep to join our friendly and fast-paced team. We are a fast growing, wholesale and import/export produce business based in Airport Oaks, Auckland.
Position: Sales Representative
Location: Mangere
The successful applicant will be required for the following tasks
- Visiting supermarkets
- Delivering and merchandising
- Arranging deals and promotions
- Providing supports to retail customers
- Assisting warehouse/office operation
Qualifications, attributes and experience sought
- Have retail sales knowledge and/or produce dealing experience
- Have good verbal communication skill
- Don't mind labour handling works
- Physically fit, good driving skill
- Have a strong focus on customer needs

Position: Procurement Support
Location: Mangere
The successful applicant will be required for the following tasks
- Assist all aspects of supply chain management, including placing orders and sourcing products for daily supply
- Monitor and control stock quality and quantity
- Procurement planning
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships
- Liaise with different regional sales teams regarding stock movement
- Ensure timely communication of stock shortage and obsolete stock
- Monitor stock levels of packaging and placing orders as needed
- Labour works are required, eg. stock taking in warehouse and coolers, product lifting up to 20KG
- Assist any projects required
Qualifications, attributes and experience sought
- 1-2 years related experience is a plus but not essential as full training will be provided
- Good computer skill and system knowledge
- Great communication and coordination skills
- Great flexibility and fast response
- Team spirit and highly focused, can-do attitude
- Preferably fluent in English and Chinese
- Preferable has experience working in the fresh food industry

Position: Operation Support
The successful applicant will be required for the following tasks
- Keep records of soil mixtures, plantings, treatments, losses and yields
- Fill up logbook and any planting registers required
- Organize and file all paper documents
- Manage stock control
- Standardize and improve farming procedure
- Production planning
- Learn and assist farming work, including potting, seedling, planting, watering, grafting, pest control, packing and delivery
- Assist any projects required
Qualifications, attributes and experience sought
- Related experience is a plus but not essential as full training will be provided
- Good computer skill and system knowledge
- Great communication and coordination skills
- Team spirit and focused, can-do attitude
- Preferable has experience working in the fresh food industry
- Preferably fluent in English and Chinese
