可以的,只要你的收入税前能达到移民局要求的最低收入.

因为是按你自己的家庭总收入来计算的,而不是按人头收入来计算的.也就是说你的收入或者你老公的收入都是你们家庭的收入组成部分.你收入4W,你劳工无收入,你们家庭总收入是4W,你4W,你劳工4W,家庭总收入8W.移民局是看你家庭收入的.明白?
