新西兰父母移民5年移民监，还没医疗
在新西兰
父母现在即使移民了，也要5年才能永久回头，而且5年内连医疗都要自己承担，不知道我这样理解对不对？

理论上，去注册一个家庭医生，然后看病是不是和普通人一样的价钱，如果一样的话应该就是有免费医疗的。
当然，去公立医院看一次急诊更能说明问题。
有谁父母去看过？

请问为什么确定呢？是有去过医院得到免费服务吗？移民局的Operational Manual似乎写得很清楚是没有的。但是不知道是不是实际操作中没人去深究？假如没有……小病还好说，万一这5年里面需要有什么大的病痛岂不是破产@_@ :-(

自费的医疗当然是自己掏钱，公费医疗就是免费的啊。你去看GP，政府也有补助的，拿要也有补助的。有什么检查，只要是GP REFER的，也都是免费的啊。就是和普通的PR一样的啊

可是从这段话理解，医疗和食物、衣服同等……没有区分"公费"和"自费“啊。当然我也特别希望你说的是实情……只是不知道哪儿能找到官方的权威澄清呢?

我爸妈才批下来的，去看GP，注册了就是收注册的费用了，政府有补助的，没有按VISITOR的收。在GP那里的收费标准不分5年移民监的吧。而且所有的移民监都不影响医疗的。这个是我亲身的经历。而且也没办法分。

恩，我觉得这个基本就说明情况了，和普通pr无异

还有我婆婆有乳腺癌，这边的看专家，检查，扫描拿药，都是享受PR的福利的，没有受移民监的影响。所以不用担心，只要批下来了，公费的医疗都是一样的，自费的当然就是自己给钱啦

所有人的公费都是公费，自费就是自费的啦。听你这样说还放心点……
但是这样一来，移民局这段"R4.10 Sponsorship undertakings"里面的medical treatment岂不是是一句空话?

也不是啊，比如看GP，除了政府的补助，你该交的钱还是要交的啊。这部分不能申请福利的，所以还是需要担保的。其实就是和其他的PR一样的，公费的就是公费的，自费的就是自费的，不过没有这个条件的，自费的部分也许可以有福利拿，而有这个条件限制的，就必须是担保人担保的，不能再从政府拿钱了。

如果看病不包的话也可以买保险的吧？保险应该总包的吧

我也在关心这个问题，似乎这个现在有点争议了。

我爸妈也是刚批下来，请问你爸妈的签证有效期也是五年，然后上面有你的名字（担保人名字么？），那如果申请永久回头的时候还需要我们担保人提供什么东西么，她们应该不用再体检了吧，最后两年每年住满184就可以贴纸了对么？我们最近准备报学校读语言，学校人说什么拿两年以上可以申请补贴，我觉得不能吧，现在不是五年以后才可以的么？
