I am wondering anyone going with this company, and any comments on it ? Thanks

its a broker, interest rate doesn't mean anything. only a bait.

if your income solid chose bank with tighter policy offer you get better rate not loans.com.au

if you'd like stick with a broker， Chinese broker always better.  but have to be a good one

only people knows nothing about loan rely on interest rate. Good luck.

My current rate is on 4.46% which is relatively high comparing with all 'forum people' here, so I am looking for a better deal.

I do not mind going with non-big4 banks, just want to have offset account without annual payment ($395) if possible on variable.

cheap rates what more do you want?

small lender usually has lower ongoing fee and cheaper rate.
However, considering service and policy stability, sometimes the Big 4 is much more better .

我们在4大找华人broker降了几次利息以后还是无法跟loans.com.au比 索性转了，账单好看了一点。

im with them, very happy.

You will find the same if
Your income is real;
Do not need bank branch normally;
Have another credit card, do not need cash very often;

What I dislike:
They send paper statement every month, cannot change to online-one.
Deposit money appears in account on the following day, not the same day. (With da is done the same day)

My banker speaks mandarin. Message me if you need.

I do feel really appreciative of the comment you made.it is ok with me to deal with English-speaking, Mandarin-speaking or Cantonese- speaking agent as long as I have all you guys options including pros and cons. thanks

上次降息，他家也跟着降了，说不好的都自己用的吗，利率比大银行好，服务？取钱可以在西太取款机免费取200以上。

他们现在给老客户的利息是多少？网页上是3.66%，但那是给新客户的。
