Our development on the site comprises 162 units in total, providing affordable housing for seniors over the age of 55 and families facing disadvantage.
99 units will be made available for eligible seniors in need of housing support. These units will be home to a mix of seniors who are on a pension, as well as seniors still in the workforce but on low to moderate incomes.
63 units will be made available for eligible families. This will include a mix of families who are working with low incomes or who are unemployed but with a goal of securing employment.
It is envisaged that this housing for those on low to moderate incomes might be occupied by key workers such as child care workers, police officers, health workers, teachers, or nurses all of whom provide essential services.
Those disadvantaged families seeking employment will be supported and encouraged to undertake a program of training to build their capacity to engage in paid employment with a goal of entering the workforce and gaining economic independence, including successfully transitioning out to private rental market.

This site was most recently the home of BaptistCare Yallambi, Waldock and Hayfield Court aged care centres, as well as the Hayfield Retirement Village and Willmette Cottage for overnight respite care, which were decommissioned in early 2017.

说句题外话，Glebe的Sze Yup Temple（关帝庙）外面住房密集，居民1年365天闻烧香的味儿，初一、十五更甚。所以要先建庙/清真寺，后建附近房屋，这样反对的声音就小很多了

在悉尼找个一点嫌恶设施都没的房子太难了，墓地高压电公屋教堂清真寺路冲公路...
提前造好的还能避避开，这种造一半的都是仔细调查周围才能找出来的
