2019年1月1日起，一些针对新移民可以领取的福利等待期延长至四年。在DSS网站上看到写着：Only people granted a permanent visa, or temporary partner visa, on or after 1 January 2019 will be affected by these changes. Migrants already granted permanent residency before 1 January 2019 will not be affected and will be subject to the current rules of a two year NARWP for certain payments.
针对父母移民，如果获签时间grant date在19.1.1前，但是首次登陆在19.1.1以后，对于Low Income Health Care Card的申请，是按照居住两年政策还是居住四年呢？有没有同学知道这个呢~谢谢。
