At 7am I woke up to helicopter hovering and exciting birds in the trees. It was a cloudy morning, just like last year’s Australia Day. Hopefully it would get better by noon when the Australia Day Parade begins at Harbour Bridge.
At 8.08am, I boarded the city-bound train to Wynyard, where I would catch a train to St. James for the NRMA Motorfest that kicks off at 10am, featuring 1,000 classics cars.
