Australia’s Biggest Celebration of Spring
Floriade will celebrate its 37th year with the theme Art in Bloom, and from 14 September – 13 October over one million beautiful flowers will transform Canberra’s Commonwealth Park into a vibrant canvas of colour and creativity.
This year’s program will offer art exhibitions, entertainment, music, food and drink, horticultural and artistic workshops, market traders, recreational activities and more, with something for everyone to enjoy.
NightFest, Floriade’s dark side, will also return for four nights from 3 – 6 October, with an exciting program of after dark entertainment and horticultural illuminations.
Entry to Floriade is free and tickets for NightFest are on sale now.
Gates are open from 9:30am – 5:30pm daily, with last entry being at 5:15pm.
Last entry during NightFest is 5pm.
虽然花展是从9月14日到10月13日，我们去时郁金香大多已经盛开，甚至略微开得过头了。说是花看半开，半开的蓓蕾已是难得看到。
个人的感觉是堪培拉的湖光山色更迷人，湖边偶然还有初开的樱花和海棠。
