I will going to have a Europe trip in a month time:
If i am holding a Chinese passport + i am Australian Permanent Resident:
Do i have to apply any visa if we are just stay inside a airport? e.g a direct airside transit visa (DATV)
This is our plan: flight from Paris(we have valid Schegen visa which allow to travel around Europe except UK) to London, then transfer flight from London to HK.

According to the text you quoted, the first rule applies to you:
