不过听说都很快啊~Onshore的话1个月以内就下来了
Offshore前两年是半年左右，现在就不清楚了

据说现在在重新分配签证官, 不知道要等多久, 反正官方声音说要4-8个月哪

如果是指application received的时间的话，请不耐心等待。我有个朋友去年8月初的application（880）现在还没有CO呢。
10月的起码3个月以后吧。

175, 本来够120分了，等了4个月，现在又在澳洲工作1年了，又多了一些分，不知道
有没有需要补充资料加分，是不是分越多越好呢？

这个不清楚。个人理解是只要够分就可以了，多了也没有意义。除非政策改变，你原来的分不够了。

从时间表上来看是的。在标注时间以前的applications应该收到CO的letter了。
