10月15号爸爸收到快递，结果是拒签信，估计是电话调查的时候没有回答好，我快烦死了，第一次就被拒签，那以后是不是更难了呀，那如果要再申请要多久以后才可以呀，真怕又被拒签了呀，那可就惨了 ，我附上拒签信，希望好心的朋友能帮我想办法。我不胜感激呀。

附加下一些情况，当时我爸爸家里提供了足够的存款证明，我们这边也提供了存款证明。对了，我现在是TR，可以申请676的吧，

I refer to your application for a Subclass 676-Tourist visa for Australia,which was lodged at the Australian Visa Office,Guanzhou on 23/09/2009.
After careful consideration of all the information you have provided,I am not satisfied that you meet all the criteria for the grant of a Tourist visa as set out in the Migration Regulations 1994.Your application is therefore refused.
In reaching my decision I have assessed your application against the relevant legislation contained in the Migration Act 1958,the Migration Regulations 1994 and Procedures Advice Manual 3.
Criteria for Subclass 676 Tourist visa
It may assist you to understand the decision taken on your application if I provide you with information on the legislative criteria and the decision-making process.
There are various legal requirements that must be met by all applications before a Tourist visa for Australia can be granted.As the decision-maker I must be satisfied that you meet Australia's health and character requirements, have access to adequate funds for your support during the period of your proposed visit,and that your expressed intention only to visit Australia is genuine.The likelihood of you overstaying, seeking to remain in Australia or applying for another temporary visa after your arrival in Australia,are also matters that have to be assessed.
Reason for Visa Refusal
This section details the requirement you did not meet.
You did not satisfy Subclause 676.221(2)(a),which reads that:
The applicant satisfies the Minister that the applicant's expressed intention to only visit Australia is genuine.
Your employment could not be satisfactorily confirmed. This leads to concerns about your incentive to return and I consider this circumstance may induce you to remain in Australia and overstay your visa.
Information provided in your application is contrary or inconsistent with independent information obtained,and based on that information I am not satisfied that your expressed intension to visit Australia is genuine.
As a result of the above,I can not be satisfied that a genuine visit is intended and therefore must refuse your application.
Review Rights
You have not stated in your application that you have at least one close relative (parent,spouse,child,brother or sister) in Australia who is a citizen or permanent resident of Australia. A decision to refuse to grant a visa application made outside Australia where the applicant did not include the particulars of a close relative who is a citizen or permanent resident of Australia in the application is not a decision that can be reviewed by the Migration Review Tribunal ( section 338 of the Migration Act 1958 ) .
Please note that no further assessment of this application can be taken at this office . If you still wish to visit Australia, it is open to you to lodge a new application if you feel that you can provide sufficient evidence that you meet the criteria for the grant of a visitor visa. I encourage you to carefully consider this option before lodging a new application, as there is no refund of an application charge just because an application is not successful. Without prejudice to the outcome of any new application, experience shows that if a new application does not contain any new information, it is unlikely that the decision would be any different from any previous application.

好像没提钱的事, 是说你爸爸的工作情况不能确定, 他们认为你 爸爸会超期居留, 所以给据了. 你提供在职证明了吗? 或者是退休证之类的?

LZ, 你有提供房产证吗？我觉得工作可能不是主要原因，因为我刚给我爸申请了3个月的676，我爸在家都没有工作的，而且也没有退休证之类的，我在工作那栏填的机器维修ON CALL，上海9月30日收到我的申请的，十一长假后9日就准签了，是一年多次往返的。
所以可能跟你是TR有关，我也觉得让你老公申请比较保险，最好等一段时间再申请。祝你好运！

估计是那个时候电话调查的时候，移民官是先问老板的，然后才打电话给我老爸的，我有点怀疑老板可能没有回答好。或者是老板的回答跟我老爸的回答有点冲突吧。

我有提供我老公的税单呀之类的，只是邀请信的时候是以我的名义写的。哎呀郁闷死了。真不知道该怎么办了

这个拒签跟你是tr 没有关系的，你申请的不是family sponsor visitor visa.676签证哪怕是学生签证这种临时的都可以邀请父母过来的。
我觉得你应该重新递交676申请，但是这次申请里你爸爸需要证明他有足够的incentive在签证过期前回国。 这个证据可以是 还有亲人在国内， 有工作，房产在国内。还有如果你有什么特殊的理由邀请他来澳， 比如你可以写邀请函给他， 邀请他来旅游 什么的。看你的拒信， 应该是你爸爸的工作情况不能确定， 他提供的资料和移民管调查的有冲突，你再次递交申请的时候一定要重点解释这个问题。good luck

这个理由被拒挺奇怪的。我给我父母8月底在北京递的，他们都退休了，也没提供房产证工资收入证明，就是我的邀请信和存款证明。我写的理由是过来帮我看孩子。签了1年的。我父母没接到过他们电话调查。

是不是因为你的爸妈都退休了, 而lz的爸爸在签证官看来是有可能在这里打零工的. 因为干的是机器维修.

关键是我猜最大的原因可能是移民官打电话调查的时候，老板的回答跟我老爸的回答没有很一致。就是那天我爸爸请假，没在公司，然后打电话的时候老板忘了，说下班了。然后问我爸爸，我爸爸说他请假了，可能因为这样，他们觉得我爸爸的工作有怀疑。郁闷

楼主的老家是哪里的，这个很重要。偶自己是在移民部注册的移民律师，帮我岳母申请一年的旅游签证，第一次被拒，而且那个猪头签证官竟然弄错了签证的上诉权利，极端气愤。直接写了封投诉信给广州领事馆，然后负责签证事务的副领事亲自给我回信，并让签证官给我道歉。但是由于拒签的决定已经作出，所以要么MRT上诉，要么重新递交申请，问题是MRT上诉太耗时间，所以第二次再次提交申请，直接发给副领事，一周准签。
