犹犹豫豫中，手慢了，路也长了......
有看到筒子问过103要怎么转143，就这个问题我问过移民局，得到的答案是只需再填47pa表和40表。如果做exempt agent，就自己再补个956。
那其他资料呢？等CO叫你补的时候再补吧，反正第一阶段不要费太多paper work的精力。
从留学生时代到现在已经申请了自己和家人的好几种签证，真有点想去考agent的牌，自己营业了。不过考了也是冲动吧，现在孩子又那么小.....
经过和父母的多次商量，上个月终于横下心，把以前的103撤了，143递上去了，排队中。
今天接到移民局那封和当时递103十分相似的收据说"你那1735刀已经安然入我们的荷了，现在只受理到今年5月份的同类（没说是不是首递143还是转递143）申请"
意外之言，“申请队列十分壮大，请耐心等候”，当然，更多的付出还在后面。
就这样，移民局心安理得坐收千万等待着和父母团聚的孩子们的辛苦钱的利息，愿他们夜夜好梦。
也“恭祝”我们的工党小姐再次手段得逞“连任”。

In my case, I didn't get my mom to re-do her birth cert/marriage cert/my birth cert and etc, since I lodged all these in her 103 application a couple of years ago. So far all good, and the C/O has been kind enough not to call for these docs.
The only docs she requested are the common health requirement, police check, AoS and my mom's passport certified copy. (as I wrote on my cover letter to her that my mom had a replacement passport since her previous one expired already, so that's quite fair enough to have the new one re-certified).

and Yes, you can certainly lodge form 47PA and 40, and 956 (if you want to deal with the C/O on their half and this is highly recommended!).
If you are transiting from 103 to 143, and your parents have been in 103 queue for a couple of years or even longer, won't be long you will be contacted by the C/O themself. :)

移民局不会因为你从103签证转递143签证就特别优先审理。该重交的钱，一并重新交，该排的队，就按新的签证重新排。
